You need a free customer account to which we can credit your collected points. From then on, you will automatically collect points with every purchase you make with your customer account.

You collect points for every item you buy in the store. The value of the points corresponds to 3% of the item price. For example, if you buy a buggy for 100 €, you will receive 300 bonus points worth 3 €. The points will be credited to your account as soon as we ship the goods.

Bonus points are valid for 12 months from the moment they are credited. After that they expire and can no longer be redeemed.

1 bonus point equals 1 cent. For example, for 1000 bonus points you get a 10 € discount.

One day after your order has been shipped, you can view the bonus points in your account.

You must be logged in when you place your order. Then you can click on "Redeem bonus points" in the last order step under the payment methods. The selected bonus points will then be subtracted from the order value immediately.

If you return an item as part of your right of withdrawal, the bonus points you received for this item will be subtracted from your account.

You can view your current points balance as well as all additions and withdrawals at any time in your customer account.

If you are a Gold Fox, you will receive, in addition to the bonus points, an instant 10% discount on all items marked with the Gold Fox icon. You can find an overview of the Gold Fox assortment here.

To become a (saving) Fox you only need to open an account and then you can immediately save 3% with bonus points. To become a Gold Fox you also have to subscribe to our newsletter and tell us the date of birth of your baby. In return you will receive our entire Gold Fox assortment 10% cheaper.

No! A Gold Fox membership is absolutely free of charge, just like the Fox account.
