Delivery with DHL (Deutsche Post)
DHL delivers parcels in Germany from Monday to Saturday and enables them to be picked up in around 13,000 post offices if you are not at home for the delivery. You can also arrange a second delivery or delivery to one of approx. 800 packing stations. Your order will always find the fastest way to you.
In Austria, delivery is done by the Österreichische Post AG or DHL Express Austria. If you are not at home, you can pick up the package at a branch.
Delivery times
We will send your order with DHL (Deutsche Post) if the products are available within 24 hours. You can see whether an item is immediately available for each item on the product detail page in our shop. Within Germany, a package takes about 1 to 2 working days from our warehouse in Reichertshofen to your front door. Parcels to Austria approx. 2 working days.
Express shipping possible
Express delivery is available in Germany and means that we hand over your order to DHL on the same day.
Please note: Express delivery is only available for orders within Germany. If your order contains items for which express delivery is not available, then express delivery can only be carried out if you select "share shipment" during the ordering process. Additional costs that may arise for this will be shown in the order process.
Delivery of large items by forwarding agency
Some products are sent to you directly from the manufacturer or have to be delivered by a forwarding agency. In such cases, a longer delivery time is already displayed in the shop. With forwarding deliveries, the forwarding agent will arrange a delivery date with you.
Additional costs may apply to the delivery of bulky goods abroad. We also deliver furniture and other bulky goods abroad. You will be informed about any additional costs that may arise during the ordering process.
Shipment tracking
Immediately after your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation from us with a tracking ID. This means that you can track the current delivery status any time with the DHL tracking link.
Delivery to a packing station
We are happy to deliver your order to one of over 2,500 DHL Packstations in Germany. Here you can comfortably receive parcels day and night. Simply register at www.packstation.de and enter the number of your packing station as the delivery address.
