The ergonomically designed baby carrier One Air Mesh Ergonomic Edition in the color chocolate brown from the Spring Collection 2017 by BabyBjörn offers you four different carrying options for stomach and back. You can carry your newborn in an elevated position on the chest and facing you. From about four months, a lower position of the carrier can be adjusted. As soon as your child is older, you can carry him or her on your back or on your stomach facing you. The carrier is particularly easy to put on and take off and can be adjusted from the front to the back carrying position without assistance. Thanks to additional padded shoulder straps and particularly sturdy waist belt, it offers you plenty of comfort, so you can wear it for a long time. Comfort for your child

In the growing carrier, your child assumes a comfortable position and is especially close to you. He can move his legs and arms freely, while his neck and head are well supported. The 32 cm wide seat ensures an ergonomic and hip-friendly posture. Thanks to the practical zipper system, you can optimally adjust the width of the bar to your child.

For the little ones, the high belly carry, heart to heart with you, is ideal. In the Baby Carrier One, you do not need an additional infant insert for this, as the baby carrier can be adjusted to the size and needs of your child with its clever zipper system. To do this, you simply adjust the seat height and bar width and thus adapt your carrier individually to your baby. For newborns who weigh between 3.5 and 4.5 kg, the integrated leg loops are used to reduce the leg cut.

From the age of about five months, you can also carry your child in the front direction. The front-facing carry mode is suitable when your child wants to explore the environment with you for a short moment. To do this, the headrest is folded down and your child has a clear view. At around one year of age, you can also carry your child comfortably on your back. With the BabyBjörn One, you can switch from tummy to back carry without assistance and without having to put your child down. During this rotation, your child sits securely in the baby carrier.

Comfort for parents

The extra soft padded shoulder straps and the comfortable belly strap provide additional stability and relief. Another plus is the easy handling of the carrier. If your little one falls asleep in front of your tummy, you can easily and quickly open the front part on both sides and put your sleeping baby in his crib without waking him up.

Baby Carrier One has been tested by the International Hip Dysplasia Institute (IHDI) and approved as a hip-friendly baby carrier. A newborn's hip is properly supported in the carrier and is in a healthy position. However, according to the manufacturer, the squat-straddle position is not explicitly supported.

The lightweight and air-permeable mesh fabric wicks away heat and moisture. These properties provide a cooling effect when worn. Nevertheless, the material is robust and stable. Note

The front facing carry is only suitable for short moments when your child wants to discover his environment together with you. For longer periods of carrying, however, the front-carry position facing you is recommended. In this position, your child's spine and hips are better relieved. This is not only more comfortable for your child, but also important for healthy physical development.
