The bar width can be adjusted with buckles, as can the hip belt and the padded shoulder straps. The baby carrier is easily fastened at the hips with a click fastener. Depending on how you feel, you can cross the shoulder straps in the back or fasten them with a connecting strap to secure them in the back and wear them like a rucksack.
