With the Harmony Flex hand breast pump and Essentials Pack set from Medela, you'll be well-equipped for breastfeeding and pumping at home and on the go. The Harmony Flex is small, practical and easy to use. It is equipped with a clever 2-phase technology, which is based on the natural sucking rhythm of your baby. So you can pump breast milk in a short time - at home and on the go. The Harmony with its innovative Personal Fit Flex breast shield is the ideal solution for occasional pumping between the usual breastfeeding times. It is also ideal for minor breastfeeding problems, such as flat or inverted nipples.

The Harmony breast pump is easy to assemble, operate and clean. The ergonomically shaped handle is attached to a breast milk bottle with a capacity of 150 ml. The milk is pumped directly into it. Then you can close the bottle tightly and store it in the refrigerator or freezer. Thanks to the practical stand, the pump body stands stably on solid ground.

Innovative 2-phase technology

This clever system mimics your baby's natural sucking rhythm. By first pressing the short handle quickly several times, the milk flow is stimulated and the pumping process is shortened overall. Then you use the long handle of the breast pump slowly and steadily, so that the breast milk is pumped directly into the Medela bottle. This 2-phase technology keeps milk production natural and makes it easier for you to switch between breastfeeding and pumping.

PersonalFit Flex Breast Cap

The PersonalFit Flex Breast Cap has an innovative 105° angle and a soft, flexible rim. In various clinical studies, the 105° angle has been shown to provide an optimal contact surface with the breast. Pressure on the sensitive milk ducts is reduced and the natural flow of milk is thus supported. The breast shield is also oval-shaped and can be rotated 360° to allow for individual adjustment.

The soft, flexible edge is particularly pleasant on the skin and nestles wonderfully. This creates an improved vacuum during pumping. Thanks to flat support, there is no edge that cuts the skin or leaves an imprint. The most common breast cup size M (24 mm) is included with the Harmony Flex. 3 other sizes are available separately.

Cleaning the Harmony Flex breast pump is very easy: all parts can be hygienically boiled or cleaned in the upper dishwasher basket or cutlery basket.
