Processing

Cut strips from the plaster roll: small pieces for the chest area, medium-sized pieces for the upper and lower belly area, longer pieces for the middle building area. You can rub your belly with the cream provided so that nothing sticks later. Dip the plaster strips in warm water. Now place the strips on the modeling area. Make about three to four layers and make sure that the strips overlap, so that they have good cohesion and that there are no holes. After about five to ten minutes, you can remove the impression from the belly and let it dry for another day. When it is completely hardened, you can smooth it with the sandpaper provided. Done!
