The Swandoo Albert i-Size 1.2 infant car seat from birth - 18 months (40 cm - 85 cm, up to 13 kg) incl. newborn insert, sun canopy & adjustable headrest in Lime Sesame Grey meets the latest safety standards and impresses with its clever design. This means that your little one can travel in the car in a relaxed manner from day one up to a maximum weight of 13 kg. In addition to being secured with the Isofix base, it can also be fastened using the vehicle seat belt. For better visibility, the belt guide for the vehicle belt glows in the dark. In this way, the infant car seat is suitable for every car and can be used flexibly.

In the ADAC child seat test online 10/2019 , the Swandoo Albert i-Size received a score of 1.7, with i-Size Base even a score of 1.6, making it the test winner.

Growing comfort combined with maximum safety

The included newborn insert offers an ergonomically valuable reclining position for optimum travel comfort with maximum safety. The slightly upright lying position also helps to reduce the reflux of stomach contents into the feeding tube. The newborn insert adapts perfectly to your baby and offers extra safety in the first 3 months. Even after removing the newborn insert after 6 months, the infant carrier offers optimum alignment between the neck, back and hips. A flat lying position is recommended by doctors and midwives, as this ergonomic position is easy on the back and better for the development of the newborn's spine.

The shell is designed to absorb energy and reduce impact forces. Side impact protection with EEP (expanded polypropylene) is already integrated into the shell. The extra attachable side impact protection additionally reduces forces in the event of a side crash. This so-called Side Impact Buddy can be attached to the window side of the infant car seat for this purpose.

The padding of the 3-point harness on the shoulders prevents uncomfortable pressure or cutting in. The straps can be adjusted individually on both sides. They therefore fit perfectly and increase safety and comfort.

The 6-way adjustable memory foam headrest ensures optimum size adjustment. The integrated belt system automatically adjusts to the headrest settings.

Equipped for all weathers & shopping trips

On sunny days, the removable sun canopy with UV protection 50+ is very practical as it reliably shields baby's sensitive skin and provides shade. The Swandoo infant car seat can also be carried comfortably with the 4-way adjustable carrying handle.

For the next shopping trip, the infant car seat can be attached to a baby carriage frame in seconds using the matching adapter, creating a practical travel system. A set of universal baby carriage adapters is included and can be combined with the infant car seat adapters of the most popular baby carriage brands.

The cover of the infant car seat is breathable, easily removable and machine washable at 30° C.
