When your baby is born, its little head is very sensitive and soft immediately after birth. For this reason, head deformities can easily occur. After 4-5 months, however, the head becomes more and more stable, so new head deformities rarely occur. On the other hand, existing deformities can harden and take a longer time to grow back together.
