The Wind baby crib mattress from Träumeland, which is also suitable for allergy sufferers, offers your little one maximum sleeping comfort and excellent lying properties. The mattress contains a fiber that stands for a sustainable future.

The multifunctional "sleep safety" cover with side ventilation band and 8% recycled cotton is quilted with cuddly fleece to create a soft lying surface for your baby. In addition to the integrated moisture protection function, the mattress cover contains natural fiber TENCEL™ which prevents sweating. The mattress cover is breathable, washable up to 60 °C and suitable for the tumble dryer. This mattress cover is tested for antimony and harmful substances. A side ventilation band ensures even more air permeability.

With the innovative TENCEL™ X REFIBRA™ technology, Lenzing AG in Austria has found a way to upcycle cotton scraps from old clothes into new, pure white cellulose fibers. These can then be reused for new products. TENCEL™ X REFIBRA™ fibers come from nature and return to nature. They are fully compostable and biodegradable, even in seawater, and therefore do not produce microplastics.

High-quality materials for a particularly restful sleep

Compared to soft foam, cold foam uses higher quality raw materials. Cold foam has improved point-elastic behavior, is more breathable and has a longer service life. By incorporating air channels and contour cuts, important factors such as ventilation and elasticity are significantly improved.

A new era in fiber technology has begun with TENCEL™. TENCEL™ is a cellulose fiber and is obtained from wood in an environmentally friendly process. It combines the advantages of many fibers: Fine like silk, strong like polyester, easy-care like acrylic, cool and comfortable like linen, warm like wool and absorbs significantly more water vapor than cotton.

Polyester is a particularly hard-wearing and elastic fiber - which is why it is particularly suitable for mattress covers and enhances them. Wash fleece is a washable hollow fiber and therefore ideal for babies with allergies. Wash fleece has a high resilience and cushions the Träumeland mattress covers.

Recycled cotton describes the upcycling of significant proportions of cotton remnants. By adding cellulose, the raw material is processed into new fibers to produce fabrics.
