To prevent the risk of sudden infant death syndrome, babies should primarily sleep on their backs. One undesirable consequence of this is the increasing number of skull deformities, in particular the flattening of the back of the head.

As babies' skull bones are still soft at the beginning, lying on one side can lead to deformation of the head. The cover is made of high-quality TENCEL™. Tencel combines the advantages of many fibers: Fine like silk, strong like polyester, easy-care like acrylic, cool and comfortable like linen, warm like wool and absorbs significantly more water vapor than cotton.
