Carrycot for newborns

In the Salsa Run, your child accompanies you on your daily runs or skating tours right from the start. To start with, the foldable carrycot is simply and quickly put on and your baby can make themselves comfortable on the ergonomic CozyCloud mattress. The mattress has breathable cold foam with vertical air channels. The adjusted firmness level ensures optimum comfort from head to spine. The protective cover and the large canopy provide shade and sun protection with UV protection 50+. Two large, closable mesh windows ensure ideal ventilation on warm days and prevent heat build-up in the baby carriage. The adjustable lying surface, which you can fold up at the rear of the carrycot, offers extra comfort. The organizer is stored in the front area, which offers space for your cell phone, wallet and much more. You can also remove the small bag and attach it to the push bar. If the stroller is too bulky for your next visit to the café, simply remove the carrycot and carry it by hand using the sturdy carrying handle. The practical memory function is particularly convenient: you can unlock the holders one after the other so that you always have one hand free to hold the carrying handle. If you have little space for transportation in the car, the carrycot can be easily folded.

Sports seat from approx. 6 months

You can attach the sports seat to the Salsa Run as soon as your child can sit on their own. The padded seat unit is reversible, so you can choose whether your child can look into your familiar face or discover the world. The smart 5-point harness system is particularly easy to adjust thanks to the stepless, front-accessible harness adjustment. The comfortably padded shoulder straps protrude slightly from the backrest, making it much easier to place your baby in the seat. The practical magnetic fastener with quick-release mechanism makes buckling up even easier. You can adjust the backrest to a flat reclining position so that your child can take a restful nap on the go. The footrest is height-adjustable and washable. The large, fold-out canopy with UV protection 50+ is water-repellent and protects your child from the sun's rays and rain. You can always keep an eye on your child through the mesh viewing and ventilation window. The safety bar can be opened for getting in and out or removed completely.

Practical functions

Of course, the Salsa Run also has some convenient highlights for parents: the height of the buckling push bar is adjustable and can therefore be quickly adapted to your height. There is a lockable handbrake on the push handle, which makes downhill rides even safer. Powerful disc brakes, a wrist strap and reflective strips round off the safety features for your baby in the Salsa Run. The three large, removable pneumatic wheels with lockable front wheel, wheel suspension and ball bearings ensure a smooth ride even on uneven terrain. Everything you need on the go can be stored in the spacious shopping basket. The Salsa Run can easily be folded compactly for transportation - even with the pushchair attachment. This makes the baby carriage the ideal companion for everyday life and travel, whether in the city or off the beaten track.

The Tulip infant car seat from ABC Design offers your little one optimum protection during the car journey. It also cuts a fine figure on the ABC Design baby carriages. Switching from the car to the baby carriage frame is quick and easy. The car seat complies with the latest i-Size (R129) safety standard and weighs just 3.95 kg.

The side impact protection and the 3-point harness system ensure optimum safety. You can adjust the harness system and headrest to the size of your child as they grow. After the car journey, the infant car seat can be attached to all ABC Design baby carriages in just a few simple steps. The perfect travel system with very little effort. The adapter required for this is included in this set. The base of the infant car seat is slightly rounded. This allows your little one to rock gently and comfortably to sleep.

You can attach the Tulip infant car seat quickly and easily using your car's 3-point belt. As with all infant car seats, it is installed in the opposite direction to the direction of travel.

If you often travel by car, we recommend purchasing the optional Isofix base for the Tulip infant car seat (available separately in our store). With this, you don't have to strap the infant car seat in every time, but simply place it on the Isofix base that is already installed. This saves you a lot of time and effort. It also helps enormously to avoid mistakes when attaching the car seat. A practical color indicator immediately shows you the correct installation.
