The DECT Babyphone - SCD 570/00 from Philips AVENT allows you to monitor baby's sleep safely and reliably. The screen on the parent unit also shows you baby's sleeping temperature, battery level, mode setting and much more. The DECT technology ensures clear, undisturbed sound transmission and is also interference-free. When the baby monitor is muted, the sound level indicator on the screen tells you whether your baby is awake or sleeping restlessly. The practical search function makes it possible to find the parent unit once it has been relocated.

With energy-saving Eco mode

The digital baby monitor features an Eco mode that automatically adjusts the transmission power, thus saving energy and transmitting with particularly low radiation levels. For even more energy efficiency, activate the ECO-Max mode. In this mode the DECT signal of the baby unit is switched off as long as your baby makes no noise.

Functions of the parent unit

The volume can also be adjusted via the parent unit. If you switch to Mute, the display shows you whether there are any noises coming from baby's room. The speech function of the parent unit allows you to reassure your child when he or she wakes up at night. The practical Feed-Time function reminds you of the next feeding time.

The parent device is equipped with a practical neck strap. So you can easily carry it with you. The parent unit is powered by 2 NiMH rechargeable batteries (included) and charged using the supplied charger.

Functions of the baby unit

In addition to its function as a transmitter, the baby unit is also equipped with a night light that can also be activated via the parent unit. As soon as you switch it on, baby's room is gently lit. In addition, you can play five soothing lullabies by pressing the lullaby key. The selected lullaby is repeated for 30 minutes. The baby unit is operated via the mains plug in the socket. For safety during a power outage, you can add four additional 1.5V AA alkaline batteries (not included).
